Website for the "Dokazovi" medical center (Kyiv) — an evidence-based medicine clinic with the tagline "We'll save you miles of nerves and tens of thousands of hryvnias." Doctor team, vaccination, cosmetology, educational courses for patients and parents, reviews and online appointment booking. Built on StartOnline CMS with a custom theme and two plugins (Doctors, Education).

Challenge

Dokazovi is a Kyiv-based medical center practicing evidence-based medicine. The clinic operates two offices (Marychanska St. 9 and Mykola Bazhana Ave. 14), employs doctors across multiple specialties, runs a vaccination office, a cosmetology unit and online educational courses for patients. The old site no longer covered the full range of services and didn't allow convenient online booking.

Solution

We launched a new site on our StartOnline CMS (Laravel 13 + Filament 5) with a custom theme themes/dokazovi and two specialized plugins plugins/doctors and plugins/education:

  • Doctor team (Doctors plugin) — specialist cards with photo, specialty, education and consultation price: neurologist, pediatric neurologist, psychiatrist, gastroenterologist, CBT psychologist, psychotherapist, family doctor
  • Vaccination with per-vaccine pricing (Bexsero, Valirix, Prevenar 13, Gardasil 9 and others) — for adults and children
  • Cosmetology — procedure catalog: RF lifting, lip contouring, plasma therapy, biorevitalization, botulinum therapy, laser treatments
  • Tests — diagnostic studies offered by the clinic
  • Educational courses (Education plugin) — courses for patients and parents (3–4 weeks, from UAH 299)
  • Medical blog with SEO structure — attracts patients from search via symptom-based queries
  • Patient reviews with ratings + a review-submission form
  • Online appointment booking with validation and admin notifications
  • Viber integration for quick contact
  • Homepage banner section featuring promoted services (couples psychology sessions, lip contouring, RF lifting)
  • Filament admin — doctors, services, prices, courses, blog articles and requests are editable in-house

Outcome

The site brings every direction of the clinic together — treatment, vaccination, cosmetology and education. The StartOnline CMS architecture lets the team grow features through plugins without touching core code, and the shared codebase with our other projects keeps maintenance simple.
