Service F1 repair center website, migrated in 2026 from WordPress to our StartOnline CMS with a custom theme. Service catalog, online request form, status tracking, multilingual.

Challenge

Service F1 is a Bila Tserkva–based service center for office equipment repair, cartridge refills and IT outsourcing, in business since 2008 and serving both businesses and individuals. In 2024 we built their site on WordPress, but over time the typical issues emerged: slow page loads, unstable admin, content update friction, and recurring plugin security concerns.

Solution

In 2026 we fully migrated the site to our own StartOnline CMS (Laravel + Filament) with a custom theme for the Service F1 brand:

  • Standalone theme under the CMS multi-site architecture — core updates don't touch site files
  • Service catalog: laptop repair, computer repair, printer repair, cartridge refills, software installation, video surveillance, IT outsourcing
  • Online repair request form with validation and DB storage
  • Order status lookup page
  • Blog with illustrated repair articles
  • Live AJAX site search with debounced input (Alpine.js)
  • Responsive Bootstrap 5.3 design with custom branding
  • Response caching (spatie/laravel-responsecache) — millisecond page delivery
  • SEO tooling: meta tags, sitemap.xml, redirects, hreflang
  • Filament admin for the client — edit services, news and requests without our involvement
  • Anti-spam: honeypot, time-trap, rate limit, HTML filter — all toggleable from admin

Outcome

The site is faster, the admin is more convenient, and Service F1 will continue to receive CMS feature updates automatically — without risk to the custom theme. Phone 067-322-35-43, hours Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00.
