Shablei — Ceramic and Polymer-Resin Figurines E-Shop

Challenge

TM "Shablei" is a Ukrainian manufacturer of handcrafted decorative items in ceramic and polymer resin. They needed an online store for retail buyers, landscape and interior designers, with the ability to order custom-made pieces and ship across Ukraine.

Solution

We launched the store on OpenCart with a categorized catalog and a simple, clear UX:

• Ceramic products: gnomes, mushrooms, lamps, New Year decor, figurines, animals
• Polymer-resin products: interior figures, angels, gnomes, flower stands, fountains, piggy banks
• Dedicated Sales and New arrivals sections
• Product page with photo gallery and material description
• Cart and checkout with order tracking
• "Contact a manager" form for custom orders
• Responsive design with emphasis on product photography

Outcome

The store gave TM "Shablei" a direct sales channel for decorative items to end customers and designers across Ukraine, with the ability to maintain the catalog themselves through the OpenCart admin.
