Challenge
SystemPrint has been in business since 2007, specializing in printing equipment and consumables: original cartridges, printers, spare parts, toner, plus service maintenance for corporate clients. They needed a large catalog-driven store with printer-model search, brand structure and convenient flows for wholesale and corporate orders.
Solution
We launched an online store with a deeply structured catalog, two languages and a customer account:
- Catalog across 4 sections: Cartridges / Printers / Spare parts / Other (office paper, SSD drives, misc.)
- Brand tree in every section: Xerox, Samsung, HP, Epson, Canon, Panasonic, Brother, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, OCE, OKI, Pantum
- Product card with full specs: SKU, refillable/non-refillable, color, authenticity (original/compatible), technology, cartridge type, manufacturer, page yield, reviews
- Own SystemPrint brand — line of chip-equipped compatible cartridges for Xerox C320/C325 and other models
- Homepage sections: Recommended, Top sellers, New arrivals
- Bilingual interface UA / RU
- Registration with a 5% discount on repeat orders
- Sign-in via Google and Facebook
- Service-center pages for B2B clients
- Info sections: Delivery & payment, Price list, Made-to-order items, About us, Contacts, Articles & reviews
- Cart with counter, support for returns
- "Ready to ship" / "Want to pre-order?" labels right on the product card
