YO AUTO — Car Body Shop Landing Page
YO AUTO
Challenge
YO AUTO is a paint and body shop with its own spray booth: 12+ years in the trade and more than 2,500 cars painted. All customer communication ran through phone calls and Viber, and there was no website at all. Every call started from scratch: how much does a fender respray cost, will the colour match, how long will the car sit in the shop.
What they needed was a single document that answers those questions before the call — and moves the visitor straight to a request form or a Viber message.
Solution
We built a single-page landing around one path: see the price → send a photo → get a quote.
- A catalogue of 11 services with a short description of the technique and a "from" price: panel respray, local chip touch-up, bumper repair and painting, panel beating, PDR (paintless dent removal), body polishing, headlight restoration, welding, full respray, and turnkey post-accident repair
- A dedicated price block — 11 positions from UAH 500 to 60,000, so nobody has to call just to get a ballpark
- A "Exact price in 30 minutes" flow — three steps with damage photos over Viber instead of a shop visit
- A "Why us" section built on real technical arguments: spectrophotometer colour matching, booth painting with 60 °C curing, Sikkens, Standox and 3M materials, a written warranty of up to 2 years
- A 5-step process explainer — from assessment to polishing and handover, to defuse the "what are they doing to my car" anxiety
- A shop gallery — masking, spray gun setup, dust blow-off: the stages that decide whether the repair stays invisible
- Specific testimonials — car model and type of work, instead of faceless "thanks, all great"
- A 6-question FAQ: turnaround, colour matching, warranty, quotes without a visit, what PDR is, and insurance claims
- A lead form with service selection plus a duplicate Viber button in every section — on mobile, Viber converts better than a form
Technical side
The site is deliberately static: the content rarely changes, and speed and reliability matter more than an admin panel.
- Plain HTML with no CMS and no frameworks, served directly by nginx
- Hand-written CSS (~21 KB) with no Bootstrap or Tailwind; Oswald + Manrope typography, self-hosted woff2 fonts with a Cyrillic subset — zero external requests to Google Fonts
- 1.3 KB of vanilla JS for the whole page: mobile menu, service marquee, IntersectionObserver reveals, form validation
- Responsive layout, lazy-loaded shop photography
- A dark "garage" palette — black, yellow, red — matched to the client's existing banner
Result
The client now has a page that answers "how much" and "how long" on its own, so the conversation starts with a damage photo already in hand. The price list and the Viber flow remove the longest part of the sale, and the load speed (under 60 KB of code in total) keeps mobile visitors — which is where most body shop enquiries come from.
