We have completed the relaunch of the IgroSport website — a Ukrainian manufacturer of children's playgrounds and sports equipment based in Bila Tserkva. Here is what we did, why we chose OpenCart, and the result the client got.
About IgroSport
IgroSport has been on the market since 2010: 500+ completed projects across Ukraine, in-house production and an engineering department. The company manufactures play complexes, slides, swings, carousels, outdoor gym equipment, park and inclusive equipment certified to the EN 1176 standard.
The Old Site's Problem
The previous website no longer matched the scale of the company: an outdated admin panel, an inconvenient catalog and weak mobile responsiveness. All of this slowed down online sales and made content management harder for the team.
What We Did
We rebuilt the store on OpenCart 2.1 (ocStore build) with a custom branded theme:
- Structured catalog — playgrounds, sports equipment, park elements, safety surfacing and a dedicated inclusive-equipment section
- Product page with a photo gallery, description and a technical spec sheet
- Trilingual interface — Ukrainian, Russian, English (export markets ready)
- Trust blocks — EN 1176 certification, up to 5-year warranty, free installation
- Responsive design focused on product photography and the brand's green color
- SEO optimization and easy catalog management via the OpenCart admin
Result
IgroSport got a modern, fast and clear catalog that can be managed without a developer. The trilingual interface opens export directions, while certification and warranty blocks build trust with clients — from private buyers to municipalities and developers.
